Simply choose your design, size, and quantity, and we’ll handle the rest! You can update, pause, or cancel your subscription anytime through your account.
Yes! You can cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for the next month, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your next billing cycle.
Yes! You can switch between our 1-month, every 2 months, or quarterly plans and also adjust the quantity of balls in your subscription at any time. Simply log into your account to make changes, and they will take effect with your next billing cycle.

Once you’ve received all three designs, the rotation restarts. However, we’re constantly working on new and innovative ball designs throughout the year to keep things exciting! You’ll be notified about upcoming releases, so you can look forward to adding fresh designs to your collection. If you choose, you can pause your subscription and reactivate when a new ball design is launched—flexibility is always yours.
We’ll replace any ball with a clear manufacturing defect at no additional cost. However, all balls go through a rigorous quality control process to ensure they are retail-ready before leaving our manufacturing plant. If you believe your ball is defective, contact us with proof, and we’ll assist you.
Since our subscription is based on delivering new, high-quality soccer balls every month, we do not accept returns. However, if your ball arrives defective or damaged, please reach out to us, and we’ll send a replacement after validating the issue.
If your ball is delivered damaged, we’ve got you covered. All shipments are insured through UPS, and we’ll ship a replacement ball at no additional cost. However, this is contingent on you providing images of the damage and proof that the issue occurred during shipping. Once validated, we’ll process your replacement promptly.
Your ball is shipped slightly deflated to maintain its integrity. Inflate it to 9-11 PSI using a standard ball pump before use. Avoid exposure to extreme temperatures and rough surfaces to maximize durability.
If your ball is lost or damaged during shipping, contact us with proof from the carrier and visual evidence of the damage. Once validated, we’ll replace the ball at no additional cost.
Orders are fulfilled within 48 hours (Monday through Friday) and shipped via UPS Ground (1–5 business days) or UPS 2nd Day Air (2 business days). Delivery times are subject to carrier schedules.
To ensure safe shipping, all Fut Strikers Club balls are delivered deflated. This prevents pressure changes during transit from affecting the ball’s shape or durability. Simply inflate to 9-11 PSI upon arrival, and you’re ready to play!
