Refund policy

At Futstrikers® Club, we stand behind the quality of our products and want every order to arrive in proper condition. Please review this policy carefully before making a purchase.

All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through Futstrikers® Club are final sale. We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Incorrect size, color, or product selected at checkout
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Products that have been used, played with, inflated, or altered after delivery

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@futstrikersclub.com.

To help us review your claim, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging
  • Any other supporting information we may request

If we confirm that the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we may, at our discretion:

  • Replace the item, or
  • Issue a refund to the original payment method if a replacement is not available

Shipping Damage

If your package was damaged during shipping, please notify us within 14 days of delivery. We may require photos of:

  • The shipping box
  • The shipping label
  • The packaging materials
  • The damaged item

Failure to provide requested documentation may delay or prevent claim approval.

Manufacturing Defects

We inspect our products before shipment, but if you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Once reviewed, approved claims may qualify for a replacement or refund, at our discretion.

This policy does not cover damage caused by:

  • Misuse
  • Improper inflation
  • Improper storage
  • Neglect
  • Modification
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Use on rough or unsuitable surfaces

Memberships and Digital or Member-Access Products

Futstrikers® Club memberships, subscription fees, and any digital or member-access products are non-refundable, except where required by law.

Refund Method

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow a reasonable processing period for the refund to appear depending on your payment provider.

Order Cancellations

Orders may not be canceled once they have been submitted, processed, or prepared for shipment. If you need help with an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@futstrikersclub.com.
