Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy explains how shipping, processing, and delivery work for orders placed through Futstrikers® Club.

Futstrikers Sports LLC operates Futstrikers® Club. Futstrikers, Inc. is the parent company and owner of the Futstrikers® brand.

1. Shipping Availability

We currently ship retail orders within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Order Processing

We aim to process and fulfill orders within approximately 48 hours during our regular business hours:

  • Monday through Friday
  • 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
  • Excluding weekends and holidays

Processing times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Orders placed outside business hours will begin processing on the next business day.

3. Shipping Carrier

We currently ship orders primarily through UPS. Shipping method options, rates, and estimated delivery windows will be shown at checkout where available.

We reserve the right to use an alternative carrier or shipping method when necessary for operational, logistical, or service reasons.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout unless a promotion, membership benefit, or other stated offer applies.

Futstrikers® Club membership shipping benefits apply only where expressly stated. Unless otherwise stated at checkout or in a specific offer:

  • Free shipping for members applies only to eligible ball orders;
  • Free shipping does not apply to all products;
  • Free shipping does not apply to ineligible items, excluded products, or orders outside the eligible shipping area;
  • Free shipping for eligible member ball orders applies only within the contiguous United States and excludes Alaska and Hawaii.

Additional exclusions may apply to certain products, promotions, shipping destinations, or special programs.

5. Delivery Estimates

Delivery timeframes shown at checkout or in shipping communications are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary based on carrier performance, weather, holidays, peak periods, destination, and other factors outside our control.

We are not responsible for carrier delays once an order has been transferred to the carrier.

6. Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, returned shipments, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an invalid address, failed delivery, refusal, or non-collection, we may require additional shipping charges before reshipment.

7. Order Tracking

When available, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has shipped.

8. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please first review the tracking information provided by the carrier. If you still need help, contact us at support@futstrikersclub.com.

Once a shipment has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for theft, loss, or misdelivery occurring after delivery, except as otherwise required by law.

9. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@futstrikersclub.com. Please include:

  • Your order number;
  • A description of the issue;
  • Clear photos of the shipping box, shipping label, packaging materials, and damaged item.

Damage claims may also be subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

10. Team Balls, Custom Orders, and Special Programs

Certain products, including team balls, club-specific products, custom products, or special program orders, may have different processing, approval, shipping, or delivery timelines. Where applicable, those timelines will be communicated separately or at checkout.

11. Wholesale and Approved Account Orders

Approved wholesale accounts or other approved accounts using special payment terms may be subject to separate processing, review, release, and shipping procedures. Separate agreements or program terms may apply to those orders.

12. Shipping Restrictions and Changes

We reserve the right to limit shipping destinations, restrict certain shipping options, change shipping methods, update shipping fees, or modify this Shipping Policy at any time in our sole discretion.
